Sally is a founder, owner and President of Spectrum Health Systems. With over 12 years of experience in nursing, diabetes education and case management at Methodist, St. Vincent and Winona Hospitals in Indianapolis, she has seen the power of prevention and informed decision-making first hand. Sally holds degrees in Liberal Arts, Nursing, and Management and has dedicated the remainder of her career to creating positive change in employee health and American business. Sally serves as a board member of the Indianapolis chapter of National Association of Women Business Owners. She is also a member of the Governor’s Council on Fitness & Sports.
Johan has over 20 years experience in business management most recently with a concentration in health management. She was educated in Glasgow, Scotland with degrees in English, French and Accounting. Johan has been with Spectrum since 1998.
Dr. Hasbrook has specialized in Family Practice Medicine in the Indianapolis area for over 19 years. Dr. Hasbrook received his undergraduate and medical school training from Indiana University. Since 1979 he has served as Family Practice Clinical Instructor for the Family Practice Residency Program at St. Vincent Hospital and Health Care Center.
Warner has been a member of the Spectrum team since 2008. He has over 15 years experience managing and implementing worksite health, wellness and fitness programs for government agencies, fortune 500 companies, residential communities, retirement communities, hospitals and universities. Prior to joining Spectrum Warner developed and implemented the first Sports Medicine Program for Keiser University, Lakeland campus. Warner holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Wellness and a Coaching Endorsement from Wayne State College.
Jamie has been a member of the Spectrum team since 2002. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Wellness from Ball State University in 2001. Jamie started her career with Spectrum as a Health Screening Specialist and quickly moved into Account Management as an Account Executive overseeing some of Spectrum’s most prestigious clients. As a Vice President of Account Management, Jamie's primary responsibilities includes overseeing day to day screening activities, integrating health promotion strategies and ensuring clients receive quality service and positive program outcomes.
Sarah has over five years experience in corporate wellness management. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Science with a minor in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University in 2003. Prior to joining Spectrum Health Systems in 2005, Sarah worked for the Muncie Family YMCA as a personal trainer and as an onsite wellness coordinator at BorgWarner Auto. Sarah enjoys running and has completed over a dozen half marathons all across the country.
Amy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness and Health from Purdue University. After graduation she studied at Barnes Jewish College in St. Louis, Missouri to further train as a Dietitian. Before working for Spectrum she was the Registered Dietitian at an Indianapolis fitness facility where she worked one-on-one with those wanting to lose weight or improve other areas of their health. Amy joined Spectrum in 2008 as Spectrum's first health coach. As Health Coach Manager, she oversees a diverse team of health professionals, tasked with developing Spectrum's Lifestyle Management program. Amy is a Freedom from Smoking Certified Facilitator as well as a Lifesteps Weight Management Program Facilitator.
