Spectrum Health Systems is also pleased to offer their Small Employer Wellness Program, specifically designed for employer groups ranging from 25-99 employees. This program offers all the benefits of a comprehensive wellness program previously unavailable to employers of this size. Services include onsite health screening, aggregate risk profile, bimonthly health newsletter, and personal health coaching programs along with many others. And small employers will be happy to learn that this program meets the Indiana State Department of Health's criteria for a tax credit, making implementing the program more affordable than ever.
