About The Association of Cities and Towns
The Association of Cities and Towns has endorsed Spectrum Health System's health management program, Express Health, to control soaring health care costs and provide a healthier municipal workforce. The Indiana Association of Cities and Towns is a non-profit association owned by the cities and towns of Indiana. The organization is governed by an Executive Committee and serves over 482 member-municipalities in many ways, including technical assistance, publications, educational opportunities, legislative representation, conferences and endorsed programs.
